Founded in 1999, Wharmby Kozdon Architects is an established architectural practice comprising four architects and two architectural assistants. The studio creates considered buildings, interiors and landscapes across a wide range of project types and scales.
The practice has successfully delivered an extensive portfolio of new-build, refurbishment and conversion projects. These include leisure and recreation facilities, zoological buildings and structures, city farms, schools, offices, private and affordable housing, doctors’ surgeries, industrial buildings, retail spaces and landscape design.
Wharmby Kozdon Architects has received two Civic Trust Awards and has been shortlisted for both an RIBA prize and the international Design Sense Award. Numerous projects have been published in architectural and design press as well as national publications, with work featured on the cover of The Architects’ Journal on three occasions.
